Thief: The Dark Project RemasteredSystem Requirements (Official)
Garrett's 1998 debut rebuilt on Nightdive's KEX engine. The official PC requirements, with estimated FPS on budget, mid-range and high-end hardware.
Official specs: Atari and Nightdive have published official PC system requirements for Thief: The Dark Project Remastered. The specs here are those official figures — the FPS numbers remain our own estimates, modelled from the game's rendering demand. Note that Nightdive states the GPU requirement as a capability rather than a model: any card with DirectX 11 or Vulkan 1.1 support qualifies at both tiers, which is typical of its KEX-engine remasters. Winter 2026 is the studio's stated window; Steam still lists the date as TBA.
